Here in Medford, OR, we have some delicious Chinese options to enjoy, so here at Airport Chevy, we love loading up the family into the roomy Chevy Equinox and making an “adventure run” to pick up some delectable take-out from one of the best Chinese food spots in town.
Silver Dragon
Silver Dragon serves up Mandarin, Hong Kong, and American-Chinese offerings in a beautiful, cozy spot at 1011 Spring St. They do great family dinners if you want to stop in, but you can call them at (541) 776-6793 to put in your order to pick up. They will also deliver for a small fee.
They have really nice lunch combinations on offer until 3PM, like their kung pao chicken or pork, orange chicken, or steak kew chow mein. Try their fried shrimp appetizers, the crab puffs, and the seafood bean cake soup. Their family-style dinners will really satisfy, and we recommend the #5, which is cashew chicken chow mein, fried shrimp, and sweet and sour pork.
Bambu
This is an awesome contemporary Chinese spot serving up a range of Chinese dishes that are inspired by the flavors of other cuisines, as well. They have dine-in and pickup options. You’ll find them at 970 N Phoenix Rd in the Larson Creek Center, at #106. They’re open for lunch from 11:30AM until 2PM Tuesday through Friday, and then for dinner from 5PM until 9PM. They’re closed Sunday and Monday, and on Saturday they’re open only for dinner.
Try any of their fried noodles with tofu and vegetables or the amazing beef and seafood dishes. They make a killer fried eggroll, and the spicy tofu dish they do is fantastic. It’ll make you a believer in tofu if you weren’t already. They also do great dim sum, dumplings, and pork buns. If it’s a fine night, try to get seated out on the patio.
New Tin Tin Buffet
Everyone loves a Chinese buffet, and this is a really good one. You’ll find Tin Tin at 2366 Poplar Dr, and they’re open from 11:30AM until 8:30PM Monday through Friday and from noon until 8:30PM on the weekends. Call them at (541) 776-8833 to arrange for curbside pickup.
There’s all kinds of delicious food available at the buffet, and some of our favorites include the spicy chicken and the egg flower soup. There’s also a cool koi pond you walk over when you come which your kids will love, and the place is spotlessly clean.
China Hut
China Hut is located at 450 S Riverside Ave, and you’ll love this place for dining in or for grabbing takeout. They’re open from 11AM until 10PM from Monday through Saturday and from Noon until 10PM on Sunday.
Try their soft noodle chow mein or one of their special combination dinners. We love the orange chicken, pork fried rice, and eggroll. They also have great children and senior citizen plates for those with smaller appetites.
