I had a terrible experience. It was the second time I had brought my truck in asking to repair the brake assist. Both times they told me the code wasn’t pulling up but there is a light that says service brake assist that comes on almost every time you push on the brake… both times I got my truck back without the brake assist repaired. I also asked them to check my battery because I could feel it was having a hard time starting. Needless to say I got left stranded the next day until I got a jump because the battery was too dead to start the truck. Also when I got home and realized the the things I fright it in for were not looked at or repaired they told me to bring it back it in and I had asked if the could give me a ride to Ashland which is 12 miles away and I was told that is to far for their shuttle service. Let remind this after I spent 2500 on repairs at their shop which were not even the reasons I brought the truck in for. Also feels like I got talked into 2500 dollars worth of repairs i didn’t need

I went into Airport Chevy to see if I could trade in my 2020 Corvette for a new truck. Brittany was my sales person and she was nice to work with, she had to make several trips back-and-forth to go talk to the sales manager on the negotiation so I could get the price I wanted on my trade-in. We came to an agreement that was very close to what I wanted, so I made the deal. Since moving to Medford under 3 years ago, I’ve traded 2 cars and bought 2 new trucks from Airport Chevy and always had a good experience with sales and service.

When I arrived at Airport Chevrolet, the staff took care of me professionally and with respect. My van was serviced properly and completed within an acceptable time frame. They used plastic covers (which I don't see other dealers use much) which shows they're careful to leave the vehicle clean as it arrives. Although the procedure (oil change & fluid check) was more than the local "quick change", I feel more comfortable knowing what I wanted and expected was achieved. I will continue with this plan with Airport Chevrolet because I appreciate great service!!

Chris was very kind and efficient during my time there to get my routine oil changed. He explained they were short handed and it would take longer than usual to get it done. That's fine - I just waited in your comfortable customer lounge. Chris checked in with me after an hour to say it was taking even longer than he thought and apologized. I told him I appreciated the update. Finally after 2 hours, he came in with a list of repairs needed. He answered my questions, got me estimates, helped me prioritize them and said he was not charging me for my oil change because it had been so long. I didn't expect that. I offered to at least pay for the oil and he declined. Wow - that's customer service. I understand things can happen that are out of your control so I appreciated the effort Chris made to make my experience the best he could in spite of the delays. He's a great communicator! I'll be back to Airport Chevrolet to get those repairs done!

Is always great to have my truck serviced at the dealership for repairs, and the shuttle service was great too and I don’t have any complaints about the shuttle service always available and going out of their way to accommodate customers needs. However, a small issue was when I made the appointment to be serviced, my truck was not even looked and greatly appreciated that I had a ride home from my job 10 miles away. I was told there were other vehicles being serviced and the next day the techs looked at it and ordered parts after a day that it was scheduled, I understand that circumstances happens when staff is not available to do the job but pushing my appointment back was inconvenient. A suggestion from the service advisor was to order the parts from out of town before the weekend and to have my truck over the weekend that I needed was a great idea as the check engine light code was for a thermostat set that I could still drive my truck and the service advisor could call me on Monday to verify the parts arrived at the dealership, which he did and returned Tuesday for the repair. Happy to know the job was done on Tuesday as promised. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and courteous and. Would not mind getting a part time job there when I retire :) Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.

A “wait appointment” was made with an indication that it would take 30 minutes to complete the tire rotation on my EV. After over an hour wait, the service writer indicated it normally takes an hour. He had indicated the car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Even the other service writer pointed out it’s an EV. With low mileage, the service writer wanted to wait for the tire rotation but, I insisted, so as to receive the service within the first 12 months of ownership. The service department is who picked the date when called to ask to schedule the service prior to the end of the 12 months of ownership.

Very good buying experience. I first met with Brittany during my initial visit to get a general overview of the GMC SUV lineup. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I came back the following weekend to drive the vehicle I had narrowed it down to and spoke with Derek, who had Bobby assist with the test drive and walk me through all the vehicle features. Bobby also guided me through the credit application process and made everything extremely easy. While my family and I went to lunch, Levi worked on getting me the best possible deal. Once we agreed on terms, I returned and completed the finance paperwork with Jen, who also helped me purchase a few additional items that were important to me. After everything was finalized, Bobby delivered the vehicle and helped set up my OnStar and GMC App. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Brittany even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle and the process, and I’ve already received a thank-you card in the mail. I will definitely recommend Airport GMC and everyone involved in my purchase.
