A “wait appointment” was made with an indication that it would take 30 minutes to complete the tire rotation on my EV. After over an hour wait, the service writer indicated it normally takes an hour. He had indicated the car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Even the other service writer pointed out it’s an EV. With low mileage, the service writer wanted to wait for the tire rotation but, I insisted, so as to receive the service within the first 12 months of ownership. The service department is who picked the date when called to ask to schedule the service prior to the end of the 12 months of ownership.

Before I could make a round on the sales lot, my truck was ready. Everything was super easy and fast service, everyone was professional and polite.

Very good buying experience. I first met with Brittany during my initial visit to get a general overview of the GMC SUV lineup. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I came back the following weekend to drive the vehicle I had narrowed it down to and spoke with Derek, who had Bobby assist with the test drive and walk me through all the vehicle features. Bobby also guided me through the credit application process and made everything extremely easy. While my family and I went to lunch, Levi worked on getting me the best possible deal. Once we agreed on terms, I returned and completed the finance paperwork with Jen, who also helped me purchase a few additional items that were important to me. After everything was finalized, Bobby delivered the vehicle and helped set up my OnStar and GMC App. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Brittany even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle and the process, and I’ve already received a thank-you card in the mail. I will definitely recommend Airport GMC and everyone involved in my purchase.

So first of all I did not realize you would have the rig all day. Then you gave me a loaner that was sold and told me if I did bring it back I would be charged. Wow now! Then when I finally get my rig it is returned to me MT as you drive it around 100 miles and did not even put that on the RO which is illegal btw. Any way the rig has been returned and I do want to say that the owner earned my respect by picking it up personally!

Issue handled promptly

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately greeted by Angel Montelongo who signed me in and let me know I had GMC Award points available to apply to the routine maintenance work. Later he came to the waiting room to get my approval to change the cabin and engine filters (which I gave) and just a little more than an hour after I arrived the work was completed. I really appreciate the friendly professionalism of Angel Montelongo and the Airport Chevrolet staff.

I called and spoke with Brittany about a truck we found on their website. I was very specific in my wants and they had the truck on lot. They were so easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make the sale happen. It was very easy and stress free!!

Awesome communication very nice people

There was an issue with my 25 Colorado. It kept throwing code with notifications to service steering, traction control and 4w drive components. The techs at Airport Chevy finically nailed it and my Colorado is back in service without any issues.
