  1. Sponsor
  2. The Putting Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Airport Chevrolet GMC Cadillac, located at 3001 Biddle Rd, Medford, OR 97504 (“Sponsor”).
  3. Eligibility
  4. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participants must be physically present at the dealership to enter and participate. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
  5. Contest Period
  6. The Contest will be held in person at the Sponsor’s dealership starting July 1st, 2025 through July 31st, 2025 daily between 12pm and 5pm or otherwise as posted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify contest times or dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
  7. How to Enter
  8. Eligible participants must visit the dealership in person to register and participate. No online or remote entries will be accepted. Entry is limited to one attempt (five putts) per person during the contest period. No purchase is necessary to participate.
  9. Putting Challenge Rules
  10. Participants will be given five (5) putts from a distance of 14 feet. The putting surface and hole will be provided by the Sponsor at the dealership. A “winning putt” is defined as a putt that comes to rest entirely within the designated target hole without rebounding out. Each successful putt will count toward the total; however, to win the prize, the participant must make at least one successful putt out of five. If more than one participant makes at least one successful putt or the scores end in a tie, a random drawing will be held to determine the single prize winner. All decisions by the Sponsor or designated judges are final and binding.
  11. Prize
  12. One (1) prize will be awarded: a Hummer E-Bike with an approximate retail value of $3,500. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees.
  13. Winner Selection and Notification
  14. If multiple participants qualify by successfully making at least one of their five putts, Sponsor will host a “putt-off.” The winner will be notified immediately on-site or within a reasonable period of time via email or phone. The winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize. If a potential Winner fails to reply to Sponsor’s attempt to contact within fourteen (14) days, the potential Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize. Except where prohibited by law, each potential Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release and services and performances agreements (collectively, “Prize Acceptance Documents”) within seven (7) days of date of issuance of a Winner notification. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Winner or a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prizes will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected based on the next highest score as determined using the above Judging Criteria. Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate Winner. If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential Winner.
  15. Publicity Release
  16. By participating in this Contest, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, location, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company/Sponsor, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense which may occur from the conduct of, preparation for, travel to, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use or misuse of any prize or participation of any related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Company/Sponsor is not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded/delivered due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, or weather.
  17. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
  18. By entering and participating, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity, assume all liability, and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
  19. Legal Compliance
  20. This Contest is intended as a skill-based event and does not involve chance. It is conducted in compliance with applicable Oregon and federal laws. Entries collected are stored with Airport Chevrolet for a period of two years, pursuant to FCC regulation 47 U.S.C. § 509. All contests operate under local, state, and federal parameters. Void where prohibited.
  21. Disputes
  22. All disputes arising out of or connected to this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jackson County, Oregon.
  23. General Conditions
