COVID-19 Response

Dear Airport Chevrolet GMC Cadillac Customers and Family,

We know this is a very unsettling time for everyone. Information is changing minute by minute. While we all need to practice social distancing, we are continuing to conduct business and service for all of you. Phone calls and internet access, video chatting and texting are all great ways for us to communicate with each other.

Sales

The sales dept. has a digital sales process in place. We will be available to you 24/7 on our website and onsite during our normal business hours (Social Distancing guidelines are in place).

  • You can browse our entire new and pre-owned inventory on our websites.
  • Video walkarounds will be available upon request.
  • We will be able to provide purchase and lease options for any desired vehicle.
  • You can easily apply for financing through our secure website.
  • On site and home delivery will be available.

Service

Our service department is working hard to make the process easier on all of our customers as well.

You can schedule your service appt online via our websites or give us a call.

  • You can speak to our service advisors on site Mon. – Fri. during normal business hours.
  • Due to Social Distancing parameters we have cancelled our normal Shuttle Service.
  • You can schedule for afterhours pick up until 6pm Mon-Fri.
  • Essentially, we are able to do almost anything to make the process safe, easy and convenient for you.

We hope to meet all your automotive needs and requests. We are working with our employees to maintain our great service and sales experience and would like to again reiterate our implementation of a strict, 6’ Social Distancing policy. The CDC still recommends that you stay home if you or someone you are caring for is sick with symptoms of respiratory illness, if you have traveled within the past 14 days to an area identified by the CDC as having a level 3 travel health notice due to the COVID-19 or if you are at a higher risk of illness. We also continue to communicate the same message to our employees – stay home if you are sick. Please follow the CDC recommendations on keeping yourself safe including washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizer liberally.
